Rhodes University seeks equity director

Rhodes University in South Africa is looking for a director of equity and institutional culture.

The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting RU’s equity targets and fostering an inclusive culture of diversity.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with 5 years in a management position. A postgraduate degree, preferably at masters level, would be beneficial.
