The African Academy of Sciences and the Alliance for Accelerating Excellence in Science in Africa are seeking a programme manager for an initiative the pair have in the wings.
The successful candidate will take charge of the Coalition for African Research and Innovation initiative.
Details about CARI are still being thrashed out by the partners involved: AAS, AESA, the Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, the New Partnership for Africa’s Development and the US’ National Institutes of Health.
