Ugandans to discuss research in fragile settings

The Uganda National Council for Science and Technology is set to organise its Annual National Research Ethics Conference in July.

The seventh ANREC will be held from 6-8 July, and will examine issues on vulnerability in research in fragile settings. It will be held at the Serena Hotel in Kampala.

The conference aim is to equip Ugandan scientists, researchers, policymakers and research ethics committees with knowledge and skills in conducting research in fragile ecosystems, disaster settings and among outlawed groups.
