The charity arm of global pharmaceutical company Merck is to build Uganda’s first public in-vitro fertilisation clinic at its maternal hospital in Kampala.
The hospital is part of Merck’s ‘More Than a Mother’ campaign, which aims to support childless women financially, and also to raise awareness of male infertility in the country.
