Water and data centres look for grant applicants

Two East African research training centres are inviting applications for postgraduate study or research in water and data science.

The Africa Centre of Excellence for Water Management based at Ethiopia’s Addis Ababa University is offering three PhD and five Msc scholarships in water and sanitation studies. The scholarships are partial or fully funded, depending on the applicant’s circumstances.

Meanwhile, the University of Rwanda-based Africa Centre for Excellence in Data Science is calling on candidates to apply for research grants to support collaborative multidisciplinary projects in data science.
