Fledgling Ethiopian space agency on recruitment drive

The Ethiopian Space Science and Technology Institute is seeking to establish itself as a functional space science body by hiring 31 staff members.

ESSTI is scouting for researchers from masters to associate professor level in a variety of fields.

The institute was established in 2016 with the mandate of helping the country exploit and pursue the use of space sciences including fields such as geophysics, remote sensing, ICT, astronomy and astrophysics.
