Kenya to host 2020 Next Einstein Forum

Kenya has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Next Einstein Forum, formally agreeing to host its next Global Gathering in 2020.

The signing took place in Nairobi on 1 September, with Kenya’s education minister Amina Mohammed putting pen to paper.

The third gathering in March 2020 is expected to attract 2,500 participants including scientists, government ministers and innovators from Africa and around the world, according to Thierry Zomahoun, NEF chairman.
