A programme that will fund 100 African postgraduates to research the impact of climate change on the continent is looking for expressions of interest from potential hosts and fellows by 31 October.
The UK’s Department for International Development is providing £4.85 million (US$7m) for the five-year Climate Impacts Research Capacity and Leadership Enhancement (Circle) programme.
The African Academy of Sciences and the Association of Commonwealth Universities are jointly implementing the initiative.
