The European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership has released funding for rapid research projects targeting the latest outbreak of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The EDCTP announced the €2.25 million (US$2.6m) emergency funding initiative on 3 September, with only a week for researchers to submit applications before the 10 September deadline.
