The Global Forum on Agricultural Research is asking sub-Saharan African countries to submit expressions of interest to host the third Global Conference on Agricultural Research and Development.
The conference, GCARD3, is due to take place in the first quarter of 2016. The first and second meetings were held in 2010 and 2012 respectively.
GCARD1 produced a roadmap for applicable agricultural research, while GCARD2 focused on partnership and agricultural development.
