THE expert admits current methodology favours rich nations
Times Higher Education will debut a new university rankings methodology next year.
Phil Baty, chief knowledge officer at THE, indicated the change during a speech at the World Conference on Research Integrity in Cape Town, South Africa, on 1 June. Baty led the development of the rankings methodology in 2008.
