Kenya plans to open national research repository in 2024

     

Scholarly hub will boost collaboration and openness, workshop hears

Kenya’s National Research Fund is establishing a national open-access repository for research papers and journals, which it hopes to open in February next year.

The purpose of the repository is to support the dissemination and accessibility of Kenyan research, a workshop held on 14 September in Nairobi heard, according to the Kenya News Agency. The British Council is partnering with the NRF on the project.
