Four organisations in Kenya have agreed to enter into a research partnerships with the United Kingdom’s Centre for Ecology and Hydrology.

The Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation, the Kenya Forestry Research Organisation, the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute and the National Museums all signed collaboration agreements in Nairobi with the UK centre ahead of a 27 April announcement.

The partnership will involve joint research projects, co-publication, sharing of resources and data, staff exchanges and guest lectures. The agreements build on an existing programme in Kenya which involves research into the management of land and water.
