A programme to promote the use of drones and drone data has opened in Malawi.
The African Drone and Data Academy based in Lilongwe was opened on 13 January. Initially it will offer a three-month course in building and operating drones.
From 2022 it will offer a masters degree in drone technology in partnership with the Malawi University of Science and Technology.
