Sacked Ivory Coast polytechnic vice-chancellor replaced

Koffi N’Guessan has been appointed vice-chancellor for the National Polytechnic Institute Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB), replacing Ado Gossan who has been in hiding since April for fear of arrest.
