Who runs the University of Cocody?

A leading Ivory Coast educational body, the University of Cocody, is without a president after the current government refused to recognise its leadership.

Ibrahima Cissé Bacongo, the country’s minister of higher education and scientific research, has refused to allow vice-president Joseph Amonan to take up the position of interim president.
