Crop centre to develop a community of practice

The West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement hosted at the University of Ghana plans to increase its scope of research by developing a community of practice for plant breeders.

A community of practice is a networked group of people who share a craft or job. Eric Danquah, the centre’s director, made the announcement at a two-day capacity building workshop for plant breeders held on 25 to 26 August.
