Sinodinos sets up simple guide to R&D tax breaks

The federal government has overhauled its R&D Tax Incentive website to make the programme more accessible to Australian companies.

Announcing the changes on 15 August, science minister Arthur Sinodinos said the Department of Industry was “piloting a new user-focused approach to simplify the language and advice provided” by the government website.

“The aim of the process is to develop advice that helps business understand when they can and cannot access the scheme,” Sinodinos said.
