Rural students living in the mid-west region of Western Australia will be able to enrol in Curtin University courses next year through an agreement with a regional education centre in Geraldton.
Curtin and the Geraldton Universities Centre have signed an agreement that will allow rural students to sign up for a two-year associate degree in agribusiness. The course will be offered at the Geraldton centre and at the Muresk Institute in Northam.
It will offer students a practical introduction to the production, processing, marketing and distribution of farm produce.
