Key IP reforms announced

The Australian government has announced a number of reforms as part of a shake-up of the nation's intellectual property system.

The Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Bill 2011 introduces several changes to the patent, trade mark, copyright, design and plant breeder’s rights systems.
