Women win more funding than men in latest round of NHMRC Investigator Grants
The National Health and Medical Research Council has awarded more money to women than to men in the latest round of its Investigator Grants.
A December announcement from the NHMRC said that A$379 million had been allocated to research projects in areas including stem cell therapies, prevention of premature births and the role of diet in early dementia.
