Teqsa launches consultation on service revisions and is ready to be part of tertiary commission

Australia’s Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency has pledged to be more responsive following a review of the service it provides.

Teqsa has revised its “service charter” and opened a consultation for feedback on the revisions on 17 April, with submissions open until 20 May. The consultation document commits Teqsa, the country’s higher education regulator, to better reporting of how it meets its standards and to paying more attention to the legislated timeframes for responses to applications.
