Victoria and New South Wales commit to major medical, agricultural and manufacturing research funding

The state of Victoria has committed A$2 billion over 10 years to funding research and technology in a big-spending budget announced on 24 November.

Victoria and New South Wales, Australia’s two largest states by population, released their first post-coronavirus budgets this month, with hundreds of millions of dollars announced for R&D projects.
