Mike Rann, a former South Australian premier, has been appointed Professional Fellow with the School of Social and Policy Studies at Flinders University, it was announced on 27 January.
The university said they were “delighted” to have him on board.
“Professor Rann will lecture and conduct workshops on the politics of climate change, voting behaviour and elections, environmental politics, social and strategic planning and social inclusion,” said Phyllis Tharenou, executive dean of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences.
Rann will teach both undergraduate and graduate courses. He will take up his position in March.
