Australian Science Media Centre publishes training resources to combat trolling
Scientists and researchers in Australia have been urged to improve their defences against online abuse, amid concerns of a chilling effect from trolling and other attacks.
The national Science Media Centre launched a “toolkit” on 7 March to help academics and others to protect themselves while sharing their knowledge.
