Cedefop: age management strategies

The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training invites proposals for the provision of guidance in employers’ age management strategies – supporting longer working lives of older workers.

The study will investigate: how EU and national policies and strategies address this issue; how lifelong guidance is embedded in employer age management strategies supporting lifelong learning and skills development for older workers (55 years and over); to what extent different forms of guidance support are available to this target group.
