The Directorate-General for Justice invites proposals for the external evaluation of Regulation No. 1346/2000/EC on insolvency proceedings.
The tenderer will provide a legal analysis, an empirical analysis and a synthesis of the legal and empirical analyses on the application of the Regulation’s provisions, as well as an evaluation of the Regulation and recommendations for a revision.
