EIB loans €100m to French pharma company Pierre Fabre

The European Investment Bank has loaned €100 million to French pharmaceutical company Laboratoires Pierre Fabre.

The loan is part of the Bank’s Risk Sharing Finance Facility programme. It will finance research in oncology, neuropsychiatry and dermatology, from the discovery of active compounds to pre-clinical development and clinical trials. All R&D projects will be run on different company sites in France.
