The European Science Foundation is planning to send an open letter to the research commissioner demanding more and better funding of social scientists in Horizon 2020, the follow-up to Framework 7.
The letter demands that a fair share of the proposed €100 billion budget for Horizon 2020 goes towards socio-economics and humanities research.
