CoR: multilevel governance charter

The Committee of the Regions of the European Union invites proposals towards a multilevel governance charter.

The tenderer will develop the concept for the charter, draw up proposals to ensure inclusion and participation, propose consultation mechanisms to establish the charter’s credibility, provide appropriate media coverage, produce a first prototype and give some indications as to the use that will be made of the charter.
