The Directorate-General for Information Society and Media invites proposals for the implementation of a European Commission open data portal.
The purpose of the activity is to develop and administer a web portal to act as a single point of access to data sets produced and held by European Commission services, and to assist the Commission with the definition and implementation of a data set publication process, the preparation of data sets for publication via the portal, and supporting the engagement of the Community interested in reusing the published data sets.
