DG Mobility and Transport: report on energy-efficient vehicles

The Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport has issued a call for proposals for a monitoring report of the directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles (according to article 10 of the directive).

The study should provide an analysis of the implementation of the clean vehicle directive by the member states and application of the relevant rules in procurement covered by the directive, document and analyse the actions taken to promote the purchase of clean and energy-efficient vehicles, and assess the effects of the directive with particular regard to the impact on market development of such vehicles and on energy saving.
