The Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion invites proposals for a study on mobility, migration and destitution in the European Union.
The tenderer will identify and analyse the current and potential causes of destitution, taking into account the the number and characteristics of those mobile EU citizens and migrants who have no, or very limited, access to basic goods and services, because of their legal status, as well as prevailing socio-economic, policy and legal contexts and conditions.
