Educational standards in the EU generally match those of the other major global economies, according to an analysis by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
“Education at a glance 2011” contains statistical data on investment in education, student-teacher ratios, teaching hours, graduate numbers and results in 34 OECD members states, including 21 from the EU.
