Research commissioner Máire Geoghegan-Quinn has announced a set of non-binding agreements designed to help complete the European Research Area.
Research institutions, including funding bodies, will be asked to sign a formal commitment to the priorities defined in the Commission’s ERA framework, which is expected to be adopted this summer.
