The Directorate-General for Energy invites proposals on support to biofuels deployment.
The tenderer will provide interdisciplinary expertise relating to EU biofuels policy, in order to further the understanding, within the Commission, stakeholders and national authorities, of the different types of biofuels in and outside the EU market.
