The Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport invites proposals for an ex post evaluation of transport infrastructure charging policy, update of the external cost handbook and impact assessment of future legislative proposals.
The tenderer will: carry out an ex post evaluation and provide the necessary data and analysis for the preparation of the Commission report on road infrastructure charging; update the handbook on the estimation of external costs in the transport sector; support the preparation of the relevant Commission impact assessment; organise a stakeholder consultation and synthesise results.
