JRC: low-carbon supply chain

The Joint Research Centre, through its Institute for Energy and Transport, invites proposals for a service contract for a study on the role of critical metals as supply-chain bottlenecks in ‘non-priority’ low-carbon technologies.

The study will focus on technologies, such as fuel cells, electricity storage, electric vehicles, lighting, technologies that improve energy efficiency in industry and buildings or other technology that may be competing for the same resources.
