Researcher proposes more accurate method to rank universities

A researcher at the University of Hertfordshire, UK has proposed an alternative method to list universities.

Christopher Tofallis, who is an applied mathematician and lecturer in operational research, says that multiplying data rather than adding them overcomes the problem of aggregating ‘apples and pears’.
