Latest round of labs chosen in €1bn programme
A group of 71 laboratories has been selected for a share of a €1-billion funding pot aimed at establishing world-class research teams in France. The laboratories join 100 others selected in March 2011 as beneficiaries of the French government’s “excellence laboratories” or Labex fund. The 71 projects will divide up €534.5 million, with the rest of the €1bn going to the labs selected in the first round.
