The tenderer will: analyse gaps and interoperability shortfalls, providing a report describing deficiencies and duplications between requirements and reality; analyse ACMN performance, including the provision of recommendations on the suitability of ACMN; provide recommendations on how to overcome identified deficiences; analyse bandwidth of MARSUR services.
