Belarus proposes international R&D centres

Belarus’ government is planning to launch a series of “big international R&D and training centres”, the Belarusian Telegraph Agency reports.

At a meeting with representatives of “foreign research centres” on 13 June, Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich said that these centres should bring together scientists, engineers and business specialists “to address specific goals, not permanently, but for three to five years”.
