The Directorates-General for the Environment and Climate Action invite proposals on carbon leakage and competitiveness assessment.
The tenderer shall provide assistance in updating the list of sectors or subsectors deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage on the basis of the criteria referred to in article 10(a) of the ETS directive. The updated list will be valid from 2015 to 2019.
