The Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology invites proposals for a study on future electronic communications markets subject to ex ante regulation (recommendation on relevant markets).
The tenderer will provide an assessment of whether current market boundaries have to be adjusted, whether markets in the current recommendation still warrant ex ante regulation and whether any new markets can be identified, as well as assessing the impact of altering the list of relevant markets.
