The European Commission is considering plans for a public-private partnership (PPP) on research and innovation for bio-based industries under Horizon 2020.
According to a consultation document, a PPP in this area would develop technologies to allow the use of sustainable resources as a source of raw materials to convert into industrial products and fuel.
