Eurostars funds 68 SME projects

The Eurostars programme for research-performing SMEs has funded 68 of the 112 applications submitted that were deemed above the quality threshold.

The funded projects involve participants from 23 countries and from various technology areas. Electronics, telecoms, and information technologies are best represented, making up 32 per cent of the funded projects. Biological sciences and technologies make up 24 per cent and industrial manufacturing, material and transport are 14 per cent.
