The European Commission is funding a survey as part of a drive to increase the participation of companies from the information and communications technologies in future research programmes. The survey aims to identify and characterise highly innovative ICT companies that do not participate in Framework projects, and assess why. The knowledge gained will be used to improve firms’ participation in Horizon 2020.
