About 760 scientists funded by the European Research Council said they are willing to host US colleagues in their labs.
In July 2012, the ERC and the US National Science Foundation signed an agreement allowing young US researchers to work with ERC grantees for six to twelve months. These scientists will receive ERC money in the same way as other team members, and the NSF will cover their travel costs.
