The Directorate-General for Research and Innovation invites proposals for a study providing a detailed assessment of the state support schemes for research, development and innovation in the EU's international competitors in the fields of science, research and innovation.
The study must include a comparison between the RDI state aid in the EU and in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan, Russia, South Korea and the US as well as recommendations to review the EU legislation.
