EAHC: consumer protection rules

The Executive Agency for Health and Consumers invites tenders for a study on enforcement authorities’ powers and national procedural rules in the application of Regulation 2006/2004/EC on consumer protection cooperation.

The tenderer will analyse the degree to which member states have secured the minimum powers to ensure the application of the CPC regulation within national systems, as well as identifying and mapping out domestic procedural law rules that may apply in proceeding initiated through CPC referrals.
